About the position

The Mobile Product Manager - Growth at Datasite is responsible for leading the mobile product management team to enhance consumer experiences across all mobile platforms. This role focuses on utilizing data to identify trends, optimize product features, and drive product vision in alignment with corporate strategy. The position requires strong collaboration with various roles within the product team and offers opportunities for innovation in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive forward the mobile product vision to align with the company vision.
• Communicate roadmap and strategy effectively to diverse audiences including peers, management, and business partners.
• Ensure the product roadmap aligns with corporate strategy and department OKRs.
• Identify new product opportunities through customer engagement and industry research.
• Conduct discovery with customers and users to synthesize feedback and competitive evaluation.
• Act as the 'Product Evangelist' to broaden adoption and increase revenue.
• Advocate for both users and paying customers, understanding their distinct needs.
• Influence strategic direction using subject matter expertise and data.
• Lead the product team using established agile practices and tools.
• Remove blockers and communicate priorities to keep the team engaged and motivated.
• Prioritize features based on effort and impact to stakeholders and the business.
• Manage multiple stakeholders' expectations effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a senior Product Management role in a fast-paced agile organization.
• Experience with data analytics platforms such as Pendo, Heap, and Looker.
• Familiarity with product management platforms like ProductBoard and Mural.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development processes for iOS and Android.
• Experience with software product development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile (e.g., Scrum).
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
• Technical background with experience in SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
