About the position

The Product Manager at Nuvolo will focus on mobile applications within the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) sector. This role involves managing the product lifecycle, creating strategic plans, and assessing market competition to enhance product positioning. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency for clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with Nuvolo mobile application products and their market impact.
• Create and manage Product Master Plans and supporting documentation including strategic plans, business cases, PRDs, GIST plans, marketing plans, and Functional Support Plans (FSPs).
• Assess market competition and position products to disrupt legacy competitors.
• Research and identify new market opportunities and target customers.
• Manage the product through the full Product Management Life Cycle Model.
• Support continuous evolution of product management methodologies and processes.
• Coordinate and lead customer workshops, user experience labs, and customer value validations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a Product Management role within a SaaS or cloud-based product company.
• 2-5 years of interaction with Agile SCRUM or SAFE methodology development teams.
• Demonstrable competency in leading, integrating, problem solving, and decision making.
• Excellent personal organization and work discipline with mature GTD/Zero Inbox habits.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of Product Management best practices and processes.
• Experience with Product Management of Mobile solutions is a plus.
• AIPMM/PDMA Certified Product Manager credential preferred.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is a plus.
• Experience with CMMS or IWMS solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
