About the position

The Mobile Product Marketing Manager at Emarsys eMarketing Systems is responsible for managing relationships with SMS vendors, overseeing the mobile business's P&L, and driving new product features to market. This role serves as the primary contact for SMS vendors and supports sales with strategic opportunities requiring mobile expertise. The position also involves contributing to marketing efforts through webinars, blogs, and trade events.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the relationship owner for all SMS vendors regarding pricing, performance, availability, and support.
  • Track and present the overall P&L of the mobile business on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Serve as the escalation point for urgent support issues.
  • Collect, capture, and drive new product features to market.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to amplify Emarsys mobile capabilities in the market.
  • Assist sales with large or strategic opportunities that require a mobile subject matter expert.
  • Contribute to the Emarsys marketing engine by hosting mobile webinars, authoring blogs, and attending trade events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or higher in business, science, or engineering.
  • 2 or more years of experience in a similar role.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to support global calls.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
