About the position

The Mobile QA Tester position is focused on ensuring the quality and functionality of mobile applications through extensive automation testing. The role requires a strong background in both API and UI automation, with specific experience in mobile automation testing using Appium. The tester will work closely with development teams to identify issues and ensure that applications meet high standards of quality before release.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile automation testing using Appium framework.
• Perform API and UI automation testing with Selenium and Java.
• Create and maintain test agents and pipelines, troubleshooting build failures as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Utilize CI/CD tools and frameworks for continuous integration and delivery.
• Document test cases and results, providing feedback to development teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in API & UI automation using Selenium, Java, Rest Assured, and JMeter.
• 5+ years of experience with TestNG framework.
• 3+ years of experience in cross-platform mobile app development using Appium framework.
• At least 1 year of experience in testing with BLE technology.
• 3+ years of experience with Android Studio and Visual Studio.
• Good understanding of Git, including submodules.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
