About the position
As a Mobile Response Stabilization/Crisis Service Provider, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate support and intervention for individuals experiencing crises. This position focuses on crisis management, patient assessment, and the development of safety plans, ensuring compassionate care is delivered to those in need.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with linkage to support systems
- Coordination and assistance in crisis management and stabilization
- Coordination of services
- Collaboration with RU Program Manager, RU Therapist, treatment teams, clients, and more
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Apply knowledge and skills of child/adolescent growth and development to appropriate range of needed interventions
- Consultations with community members regarding crisis and suicide prevention
- Behavioral assessment/interventions
- Implementing safety plans
Requirements
- Must have an Ohio License in social work, counseling, or MFT
- Bachelor's degree with license required upon hire
- Master's degree with a license preferred
- Crisis management skills
- Patient assessment skills
- Ability to develop safety plans
- Experience in behavioral therapy
