Responsibilities
- Providing guests with tour and general visitor information efficiently.
- Processing credit card, cash, and voucher/coupon sales transactions accurately using the company's hand-held point of sale system.
- Meeting daily and weekly sales goals.
- Managing guest requests and complaints with satisfactory responses to resolution.
- Soliciting customer feedback to improve sales and service.
Requirements
- Previous sales and/or cash handling experience.
- High School education or higher.
- Good computer/iPad skills.
