About the position
The Mobile Scrum Master will lead complex mobile app projects for iOS and Android, focusing on user-facing applications. This role requires extensive experience in eCommerce project management and knowledge of mobile accessibility features. The Scrum Master will coordinate efforts across various departments to ensure seamless project delivery and manage high-impact changes effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mobile app projects from inception to release for high-complexity initiatives.
- Integrate and align cross-functional teams and work streams across departments.
- Apply knowledge of banking functions and operations to streamline project processes.
- Use project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative) to achieve project milestones and goals.
- Focus on mobile accessibility, providing guidance on screen reader functionality for iOS and Android.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Software or Technology project management, focused on mobile (iOS/Android) applications.
- Mobile (iOS/Android) apps project management experience, not browser project management.
- eCommerce project management background with experience in customer-facing mobile technology.
- Knowledge of core banking functions and mobile accessibility features.
- Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies.
Nice-to-haves
- PMP or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred.
