About the position
The Mobile Scrum Master will oversee the management and delivery of mobile projects, specifically for iOS and Android platforms. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within established timelines, ensuring comprehensive project delivery through the integration of diverse work streams. The Scrum Master will drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing as intended.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management and delivery of mobile projects (iOS and Android).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within established timelines.
- Integrate diverse work streams to ensure comprehensive project delivery.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in software or technology project management.
- Proven experience managing mobile app projects.
- Proficient in managing eCommerce projects.
- Knowledge of mobile screen readers (e.g., VoiceOver for iOS, TalkBack for Android).
- Familiarity with core banking and financial functions, processes, and operations.
- Experience with waterfall, agile, and iterative methodologies.
- PMP certification or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) is highly desirable.
