Your computer literacy and mobile application skills will be crucial as you manage calendars, coordinate job site visits, and maintain accurate records. You will also be tasked with maintaining organized files and databases, assisting with event planning and logistics, and ensuring that all details are attended to meticulously. Additionally, you will perform other administrative duties as required, such as answering phones, managing contractors, researching new business opportunities, and handling correspondence. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
