About the position
JWR, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to provide on-site evaluation, troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment used in the recycling industry. This full-time position requires travel to customer sites and offers a competitive hourly wage, along with comprehensive training and support.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites with company vehicles to evaluate and troubleshoot equipment.
- Service and perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment used in the recycling industry.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and equipment status.
- Utilize provided tools and equipment to complete job tasks efficiently.
- Work overtime as needed, typically between 5 to 10 hours per week.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Experience in rigging and basic welding/fabrication.
- Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Forklift experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance is a plus.
