About the position

Toke Truck is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Mobile Smoke Shop Associates. This part-time role involves engaging with customers, providing product information, and ensuring a top-tier shopping experience in Austin's first mobile smoke shop. Associates will work in popular locations, supporting both in-person and online orders while contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers warmly, building strong connections.
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer questions.
• Deliver personalized service, catering to the unique needs of each customer.
• Share valuable customer insights with the Toke Truck team.
• Skillfully cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment.
• Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale system.
• Stay informed about the latest products, industry trends, and services we can offer.
• Be flexible with scheduling, adapting to the needs of the business.
• Handle occasional tasks outside your core responsibilities.
• Adhere to all company policies, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic about engaging with customers and growing in the industry.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and passion for THC-A, nicotine, and related products.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, late nights (up to 3 AM), and holidays.
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.
