The company provides services that enable client users to access itineraries, trip data, and more through a mobile application that can be downloaded from the App Store. The current application is built on React Native, but the company is open to considering candidates with experience in other mobile development tools. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the company's technical leadership and management to enhance user interfaces, develop new features, manage deployments, and improve the overall reliability of the applications. This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for both on-site and remote work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for the travel-related industry.
• Collaborate with technical leadership and management to enhance user interfaces and develop new features.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of mobile applications.
• Deploy applications to app stores and manage updates.
• Connect applications to APIs for data access and functionality.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience as a full-time software engineer focused on mobile applications development.
• Knowledge of best practices in software development.
• Technical experience coding in React Native is highly preferred; experience with other mobile programming tools for both iOS and Android will be considered.
• Experience in C# and Azure DevOps is beneficial.
• Prior experience of successfully deploying products to app stores is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Over the Air (OTA) updating is a plus.
• Familiarity with connecting applications to APIs is required.
• A relevant degree is highly preferred.
