About the position
The Mobile Software Researcher will be part of a team focused on mobile-centric projects, requiring a deep understanding of mobile operating systems and the ability to conduct independent research. This role emphasizes collaboration with other developers and researchers to advance mobile software capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Join a team of mobile developers working on various mobile-centric efforts.
- Conduct research and development on mobile operating systems.
- Read and write assembly code for various architectures (x86/x64, ARM, MIPS, etc.).
- Utilize debuggers such as WinDBG, GDB, ADB, and BDI extensively.
- Develop software using C, Python, and assembly language.
- Self-drive research tasking and demonstrate motivation to learn complex systems.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team of researchers and developers.
Requirements
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Understanding of Mobile OS Internals (any major OS).
- Experience reading and writing assembly (x86/x64, ARM, MIPS, etc.).
- Extensive experience with debuggers (WinDBG, GDB, ADB, BDI, etc.).
- Strong development experience in C, Python, and ASM.
