About the position

The Mobile Surveillance Sales Executive is responsible for outside sales and serves as the representative of Alert 360. The main objective of this role is to promote and sell our Mobile Video Surveillance Units. The SSE should be able to identify new accounts and expand on existing relationships to generate sales in commercial verticals such as construction, property management, and other high-loss-risk businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Self-generate leads and make cold calls
  • Engage in field work enthusiastically
  • Negotiate and close sales on small, medium, and large accounts
  • Identify competitive opportunities in multiple market verticals
  • Attend networking events and be active in organizations to gain new business
  • Manage a monthly sales quota and revenue expectations
  • Develop and maintain successful customer relations efforts
  • Prepare presentations and generate proposals/quotes
  • Follow up with prospects and customer proposals
  • Adhere to individual expense budget

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in related industries preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must pass drug and background check
  • Clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Weekend and night availability as needed
  • Good written and oral communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • CRM knowledge such as Sales Force
  • Working knowledge of contracting and negotiating
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
