About the position

At WeCare Daily Clinics, we're committed to bringing compassionate, high-quality healthcare directly to Washington communities that need it most. Our mobile units deliver essential health services to underserved populations, and we're looking for a proactive Mobile Team Lead to be the on-the-ground leader of these operations. If you're passionate about healthcare and eager to make a tangible impact, this role is for you! As the Mobile Team Lead, you'll be the 'mini Clinic Administrator' on wheels-overseeing daily operations, guiding your team, and ensuring every member has a positive, impactful experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with medical practice experience who's ready to step up, lead, and bring our mission to life on the road!

Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline leader at the mobile clinic, directing operations and ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Be the first point of contact for team members needing support or assistance with daily tasks.
  • Manage traffic flow and ensure comfortable, efficient service for every member.
  • Lead and support mobile team members, collaborating with the Clinic Administrator to manage daily activities.
  • Provide coaching and real-time feedback to help your team perform at their best.
  • Participate in performance reviews, offering constructive feedback on team members and drivers.
  • Ensure the mobile clinic is ready each day, with vehicles, equipment, and supplies fully operational.
  • Set up and organize the clinic space, making sure it's welcoming, compliant, and accessible to members.
  • Work closely with the Clinic Administrator to streamline processes, focusing on compliance and member-centered care.
  • Set the standard for exceptional customer service, making every interaction positive and supportive.
  • Assist with check-ins, address questions and concerns, and provide clear, compassionate guidance to all members.
  • Oversee compliance with safety regulations, maintaining a clean, organized mobile clinic environment aligned with WeCare's standards.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting and make quick, effective decisions.
  • Clear and collaborative communication skills, keeping everyone aligned and supported.
  • A passion for creating positive experiences for members and staff alike.
  • Prior experience in a medical setting is a plus, along with member services experience (e.g., check-ins, appointment setting).

Benefits

  • Advance Your Career: Take on a leadership role in a mobile clinic setting, with room to grow and make a difference.
  • Impact Communities: Play a critical role in delivering healthcare to underserved areas across Washington.
  • Mission-Driven Environment: Work with a team dedicated to health equity and community impact.
  • Supportive Culture: Thrive in an organization that values teamwork, customer service, and a commitment to health access for all.
