About the position

The Mobile Ticket Assistant position at BEST Crowd Management involves providing exceptional customer service at events, particularly during Cowboys games at AT&T Stadium. The role requires problem-solving skills, familiarity with ticketing systems, and the ability to assist guests with inquiries related to the venue. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, with opportunities for career advancement within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Portray strong problem-solving regarding events and tickets.
  • Familiarize self with the venue to better assist guests with location-related questions.
  • Identify and solve basic Fortress scanning issues.
  • Portray strong problem-solving skills including listening, identifying, and resolving problems in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Meet high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
  • Strive to be welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to assist guests in any way.
  • Adhere to the Service Mission Statement and Core Values of AT&T Stadium.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Able to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to handle external strenuous outdoor environments including adverse weather conditions.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time, walk, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, use hands to reach and handle mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of SeatGeek Ticketing system a plus.
  • Knowledge on ticketing apps a plus.
  • Knowledge of Fortress Access Management a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products a plus.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing schedules, weather conditions, and guest needs.
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
