About the position

The Mobile Tour Brand Ambassador at Marucci Sports is responsible for representing and marketing the brand at various events, particularly in the baseball and softball sectors. This role involves direct communication with tournament directors, managing product distribution, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure successful event execution. The ambassador will also engage with customers, providing product knowledge and support while traveling extensively throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with tournament directors via phone & email to determine site set up and product distribution
• Travel to events to represent, sell and market our brand(s)
• Communicate with other internal departments (ex: Accounting for Tax Rates; Warehouse for Transferring Products)
• Report to the departments Director on all activities
• Manage the collaboration of other team members on engagement initiatives with directors and players
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for trips
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Knowledgeable about all baseball/softball equipment (Marucci and competitors)
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel and Word) and Google (Sheets and Docs) Products
• Experience with Square-Point of Sale
• Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving history
• Willingness to travel 100+ days a year
