Working closely with the mobile development team at the client location, the designer must ensure that the digital product's structure, organization, functionality, and presentation align with requirements for scalability, flexibility, security, and robustness, while remaining user-centric and mission-driven. Following best practices for mobile and tablet application architecture, design, development, and processes is crucial. Quality assurance testing, versioning, and documentation management are also part of the responsibilities. The designer will serve as a team member in an agile product development environment, associated with one or more product areas, ensuring that robust, flexible, and scalable technical solutions are architected, developed, and implemented. Providing customer service, support, and training for clients on existing technologies and platform systems is an important aspect of this role.
