About the position

OneUnited Bank is seeking a Mobile UI & Integration Developer to enhance its mobile app and online banking platforms. This role focuses on integrating data and services into mobile applications while delivering an exceptional user interface. The ideal candidate will have experience in React Native development, UI/UX design, and API integration, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless digital banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance features for mobile app and online banking platforms using React Native.
• Implement UI components that align with Google's Material Design and adapt them to specific banking needs.
• Integrate real-time APIs from various enterprise partners into mobile applications.
• Collaborate with the Senior Salesforce Developer to integrate Salesforce data into the mobile experience.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces.
• Implement single sign-on (SSO) and authentication solutions using OIDC and OAuth protocols.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose enhancements to improve application performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development using React Native.
• Strong experience in integrating APIs and services into mobile applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native, and related front-end technologies.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OIDC, OAuth, and web services.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services.
• Strong understanding of both Salesforce and OmniStudio.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices in UI/UX design.
