About the position

The Mobility Management Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the program and project management of Greater Minnesota Regional Transportation Coordinating Councils (RTCC) and Transportation Coordination Assistance Projects (TCAP) for the Metro area. This role involves managing statewide planning and implementation of projects aimed at filling transportation gaps, streamlining access to transportation, and enhancing individual mobility options. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and adherence to federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage statewide planning and implementation of RTCC and TCAP projects.
  • Develop implementation projects that meet public transportation needs.
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders to enhance transportation access.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Conduct in-state travel to meet with RTCCs and TCAPs.

Requirements

  • Two years of advanced professional experience in administering programs.
  • Experience with planning methods and practices.
  • Experience with program development.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Planning, Business, or Finance substitutes for six months of advanced professional experience.
