About the position

The Mobility Marketing Communications Manager at Eaton is responsible for leading the marketing communications strategy for the Mobility group, which has a significant global presence. This role involves developing integrated marketing strategies, managing a team, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and drive demand generation. The position requires a strategic mindset to position Eaton as a thought leader in the power management sector, particularly in the automotive and commercial vehicle industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for the Mobility segment.
• Lead a team of 7 marketing professionals and manage their performance.
• Collaborate with commercial leaders and business units to design and execute marketing campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure alignment with financial plans.
• Create and optimize campaign content and audience engagement strategies.
• Define success metrics for marketing campaigns and review performance regularly.
• Oversee the development of sales enablement materials for effective demand conversion.
• Ensure cohesive global marketing communications across regional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum ten (10) years of marketing communications and/or product management experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a managerial role.
• Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
