About the position

Aires, a leader in relocation management services, is seeking a Mobility Specialist to join our Danbury, CT office. This role is pivotal in facilitating the end-to-end relocation process for corporate transferees and their families. As a Mobility Specialist, you will leverage your customer service expertise to provide comprehensive support to clients navigating their relocation journey. You will be responsible for counseling transferees on policy benefits, coordinating household goods and family services, and assisting with expense submissions. Your collaboration with internal teams will ensure that services are delivered accurately and in a timely manner, contributing to our high customer satisfaction scores and client retention rates. In this high-growth environment, you will participate in ongoing training initiatives to stay current with new systems and processes, enhancing your skills and knowledge in the relocation industry. Responsibilities

  • Counsels transferees on policy benefits.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience providing service through the telephone and via email, preferably in the relocation industry.
  • Bilingual capability (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
  • Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Genuine desire to help others.
  • Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency.
