Each Mochinut location operates as an independently owned and operated small business, recognized by the Small Business Association (SBA). We are currently seeking a dedicated Mochinut Associate to join our team in Langhorne, PA. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a lively and relaxed atmosphere. As a Mochinut Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including preparing food, greeting customers, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Training will be provided for all stations, and we emphasize the importance of following food safety and cleanliness procedures. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, team players, and able to work well under pressure. Responsibilities

  • Prepare for opening by making batter, frying donuts, and glazing/decorating donuts.
  • Greet customers and answer questions regarding the menu.
  • Take orders and handle transactions using the POS system.
  • Respond to problems that arise during service.
  • Ensure that all policies are followed, including cleanliness and food safety.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures, with training provided for all stations.
  • Follow daily checklists to ensure all prep work is done and the restaurant remains clean and in order.
  • Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchise policies.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Good team player with a flexible schedule.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a restaurant setting (3 years preferred).
  • Ability to accommodate and arrive on time for scheduled hours.
