About the position
Barbizon of PA is seeking part-time, highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic Modeling & Acting Coaches (Instructors, Teachers) to join our team. As a Modeling & Acting Coach, you will play a crucial role in educating aspiring teen and young adult models and actors. This position is ideal for current and former models, actors, brand ambassadors, and cosmetologists who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience in the industry. You will be responsible for teaching Barbizon's world-renowned curriculum, which includes modeling, acting, and personal development. The role requires a proactive individual who can create a fun and engaging learning environment while maintaining a high quality of education in the classroom. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a life-changing impact on your students. You will receive in-depth training on the Barbizon curriculum, along with pre-set lesson plans and detailed instructions to guide your teaching. The schedule for all class dates will be provided in advance, allowing you to plan accordingly. You will be expected to work one weekday evening from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and once a month on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This hybrid role allows for flexibility while still providing a structured teaching environment. Requirements
- Experience in modeling, acting, cosmetology, or teaching is preferred.
- Ability to work one weekday evening from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and once a month on Sunday from 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Comprehension and implementation of curriculum.
- Team player mentality.
- Ability to articulate clearly.

- Available to attend dynamic and intensive instructor training.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in public speaking, commercials, TV, improv, monologues, radio, photography, makeup artistry, hair design, teaching, fitness, or pageantry.
