About the position
The Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Training Development Manager serves in the Center for Army Analysis, focusing on human capital development for the M&S community. This role involves leading quality assurance programs, analyzing school operations, and ensuring compliance with TRADOC regulations to enhance training programs and processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Modeling and Simulation Training Development Manager in the Army Simulation Proponent and School Division.
- Lead actions and activities supporting human capital development for the Modeling and Simulation community.
- Act as the QA Program lead for analyzing and evaluating school operations and TRADOC regulations/standards.
- Improve programs, processes, products, and procedures related to training development.
Requirements
- One year of specialized experience in developing lessons and updating learning products using the ADDIE process.
- Experience conducting surveys/studies for workforce development programs.
- Ability to assess requirements and analyze academic/personnel management documents.
- Experience conducting school Quality Assurance Accreditation evaluations.
