About the position

Responsibilities
- Safely measure and cut silicone tubing to specific sizes.
- Perform silicone injection over mold to create manifolds according to detailed drawings.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
- Record in-process inspections and verifications using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Operate molding equipment and tools with limited supervision.
- Accurate data entry and material & supplies reconciliation using the QAD system.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Machine Operating Experience is preferred.
- Proficient with measurement equipment is required.
- Good eye/hand coordination is required.
- Mechanically inclined is required.
- Attention to detail is required.
Benefits
- Starting Pay: $15.50/hour during training, $16.50/hour after training completion, plus $1.00/hour shift premium.
