About the position
The University of California, Santa Cruz is seeking applications for a pool of lecturers in the Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology Department. Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology.
- Develop course materials and assessments.
- Engage students in laboratory instruction and practical applications of biological concepts.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Requirements
- M.A./M.S. degree in biology or a related field, or a B.A./B.S. degree with 4 years of laboratory research experience.
- Demonstrated record of college-level teaching experience.
- Strong understanding of biological concepts and laboratory techniques.
