About the position

The Momentum ERP Technical Implementation Lead will oversee a large, complex Department of Defense project, focusing on the implementation of Momentum ERP. This role requires strong technical expertise in the Momentum technical stack and involves managing various workstreams related to program management, governance, and system infrastructure. The position emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and effective project management to ensure successful delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Managing the relationships with the client and all stakeholders
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Prioritizing development work and managing the team to ensure completion of development in accordance with schedule
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution

Requirements

  • Strong technical Momentum implementation experience
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting issues and coordinating with product vendors for patching and trouble tickets
  • Experience in Program Management, Governance, Business/Functional Capabilities documentation and review, Process Flow development, data mapping, data migration, testing, training, stakeholder management, change management, and system infrastructure and hosting
  • Excellent project management skills, including developing and managing project plans, managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and performing risk management
  • Minimum of 7 years of consulting and/or related industry experience
  • Experience supporting IT engagements of greater than average size and complexity
  • Ability to lead multiple teams and multiple clients with confidence
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to drive and lead problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts
  • Experience mentoring and managing junior staff and furthering their professional growth
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
