The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization plays a crucial role in enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. This team partners with business leaders to set strategies, plan revenues, create sales and client incentive policies, drive operational effectiveness, and ensure productive partnerships across various internal teams. The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations Associate will be responsible for executing global strategic priorities for multinational accounts, ensuring the successful delivery and activation of client partnerships across all regions. In this role, the associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with TikTok's highest priority global accounts. They will develop commercial strategies by working closely with key stakeholders across global sales and commercial functions, managing key initiatives on a project basis. The associate will also support the development and planning of monetization strategies through thorough analysis and research, transforming insights into actionable growth initiatives. Regular analysis and insights sharing around internal revenue and sales productivity metrics, as well as external performance benchmarking and market sizing, will be a key responsibility. This role requires acting as an internal champion, advocating for the needs of TikTok's largest global clients across all internal organizations, including global and regional sales operations and internal systems teams.
