This position is integral to aligning high-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, helping to evolve early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives. As a Monetization Strategy & Operations Associate, you will have the opportunity to shape monetization efforts in the North America Key Accounts business. This role requires analytical rigor to identify and prioritize growth levers, solve pain points, and collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking capabilities, be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You will act as a key partner to the sales leadership team, focusing on various advertiser segments by providing insights, driving actions, and influencing business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include identifying revenue opportunities and translating them into actionable go-to-market strategies through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis. You will manage business planning and policy-making processes, including target setting, forecasting, and business reviews. Additionally, you will identify deficiencies in policies and processes, partnering with internal teams to develop and implement solutions while fostering cross-functional collaboration with critical business partners such as Sales, Product, HR, Legal, and Finance.
