The agent will also be responsible for removing equipment when necessary and providing reports as required. Additionally, the role includes custodial, maintenance, and security responsibilities, as well as payment processing and billing for clients with outstanding balances. Quality control of work is essential before submission, and the agent must be prepared to testify on data reported when necessary. The position requires reliable transportation for travel to jails and courthouses, and the shifts are structured as 12-hour shifts, working four days on and four days off, specifically during the night from 6 PM to 6 AM.
