About the position

The Monitoring Agent position involves actively monitoring and reporting violations for GPS monitors. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as the agent will be responsible for providing excellent support to all clients. The agent will monitor a dashboard and respond to events as they occur, ensuring that all communications, including calls and emails, are handled in a timely and professional manner. The position also entails maintaining accurate records and filing on a weekly basis, as well as managing the onboarding and off-boarding processes for clients. This includes creating profiles, installing equipment, providing necessary documentation, and updating databases. The agent will also be responsible for removing equipment when necessary and providing reports as required. Additionally, the role includes custodial, maintenance, and security responsibilities, as well as payment processing and billing for clients with outstanding balances. Quality control of work is essential before submission, and the agent must be prepared to testify on data reported when necessary. The position requires reliable transportation for travel to jails and courthouses, and the shifts are structured as 12-hour shifts, working four days on and four days off, specifically during the night from 6 PM to 6 AM.

Responsibilities

  • Actively monitor the dashboard and respond to events accordingly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
  • Ensure all calls, emails, and requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer phones and correspond via electronic communication in a professional manner.
  • Complete filing and record maintenance on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain reliable transportation for travel to jails and courthouses.

  • Provide necessary documentation and update databases.

Requirements
