About the position
The Montessori Elementary School Teacher will be responsible for delivering in-class instruction in subjects such as math, language, science, and social studies/history/geography. The ideal candidate will be Montessori certified or willing to learn and implement the Montessori curriculum and methods. This role requires an energetic and flexible individual who can adapt to the needs of students while adhering to CDC guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Teach elementary school subjects including math, language, science, and social studies/history/geography.
- Implement Montessori curriculum and methods in the classroom.
- Provide in-class instruction to students.
- Follow all CDC guidelines to ensure a safe learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Requirements
- Valid Teaching Certification license.
- Valid Montessori Certification (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field (required).
- 1 year of teaching experience (preferred).
