About The Position

Little Flowers Montessori is seeking full-time Montessori & Preschool/Toddler teachers to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. This role focuses on nurturing young children's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through a tailored Montessori curriculum. We are looking for creative and energetic individuals who enjoy working with children and are committed to fostering a love for learning.

Requirements

• Must be a fully qualified Montessori Teacher (AMI or AMS) or currently taking Montessori Training.
• Minimum of 12 ECE units for Preschool/Toddler Teacher position.
• At least 6 months of work experience in a preschool setting.
• Ability to pass fingerprinting/child background check.
• Health screening and TB test clearance.

Nice To Haves

• CPR Certification
• Child Development Associate Certification
• 1 year of childcare/preschool experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Montessori curriculum as set by the school.
• Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children.
• Change diapers as needed for toddlers.
