About the position

Panera Bread is seeking Restaurant Team Members for morning and day shifts. This role involves providing excellent customer service, supporting team operations, and contributing to the bakery-café's success while engaging with the community through food donations. Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests, delivering excellent customer service.
• Support the manager and team in daily operations.
• Learn and perform various positions including cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad and sandwich making, barista, and dishwashing.
• Ensure health and food safety standards are met.
• Contribute to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work 6-40 hours a week.
