Teachers will also maintain open lines of communication with parents, conducting regular conferences and providing updates through various channels such as Brightwheel and class newsletters. The curriculum will be tailored to the developmental levels of the children, with a focus on promoting a balance of indoor and outdoor play, as well as quiet and active periods. Teachers will document classroom activities and create lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each child, including those with special needs. Additionally, teachers will be expected to uphold health and safety standards, maintain a clean and organized classroom, and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
