About the position

The Mortgage Account Executive at Guidance Residential is responsible for providing front-line responses to inquiries regarding residential home financing. This role requires a strong understanding of mortgage market terminologies and the ability to build rapport with clients while meeting or exceeding sales goals. The position is integral to the company's mission of serving the U.S. Muslim American community with Sharia-Compliant home financing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Secure home financing applications resulting in at least 3-4 closed home financing contracts per month.
• Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing contract goals.
• Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, spotlighting the advantages of our Sharia-Compliant home financing product.
• Arrange and lead educational seminars at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings to inform potential customers about our services.
• Offer top-notch customer service, ensuring a transparent and professional home financing process for clients.
• Collaborate closely with our knowledgeable management team to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Purpose driven, self-motivated, focused on personal growth & development.
• Knowledge, exposure, and familiarity with local Mosques and the surrounding Muslim-American community required.
• Bilingual - English/Urdu or Arabic preferred.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and managers verbally or in writing via advanced telephone and email skills, as well as in person.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in writing skills is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Bengali or Somali is preferred.
