About the position

As an Area Sales Manager within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will manage home-lending production for a team of mortgage loan officers and support staff. This role focuses on overseeing business integrity, promoting products and services, and developing an effective sales force to maximize market opportunities. You will drive productivity through sales initiatives and collaborate with internal and external partners to establish sales strategies that align with customer experience expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage home-lending production for a team of mortgage loan officers and support staff.
• Oversee the business integrity of the market.
• Coordinate activities of mortgage loan officers promoting products and services.
• Grow, retain, and develop an effective sales force for the market.
• Drive productivity through sales initiatives and marketing collateral.
• Maximize market opportunity by collaborating with business partners to establish sales strategies.
• Align activities with customer experience expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience.
• University/college degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
