About the position

As an Area Sales Manager within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will oversee home-lending production for a team of mortgage loan officers and support staff in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. This role focuses on managing and coordinating sales activities, driving productivity through sales initiatives, and ensuring alignment with customer experience expectations. You will be responsible for growing and developing an effective sales force while collaborating with internal and external partners to establish sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage home-lending production for a team of mortgage loan officers and support staff.
  • Oversee the business integrity of the market.
  • Coordinate activities of mortgage loan officers promoting products and services.
  • Grow, retain, and develop an effective sales force for the market.
  • Drive productivity through sales initiatives and marketing collateral.
  • Maximize market opportunity by collaborating with business partners to establish sales strategies.
  • Align activities with customer experience expectations.

Requirements

  • University/college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience.
