Responsibilities

• Self-source and originate $500K+ per month in loans.
• Utilize industry-leading technology for pipeline management and loan structuring.
• Provide seamless processing and support to clients in multiple languages.
• Engage in marketing activities including content creation and social media management.
• Participate in coaching and mentorship programs to develop skills and career growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS.
• Proven experience in self-sourcing loans and managing a pipeline.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in social media management.
• Familiarity with various loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA.
