About the position

Responsibilities

• Originate loans by self-sourcing $500K+ per month in originations.
• Utilize industry-leading technology for pipeline management and loan structuring.
• Provide seamless processing support and coaching to clients and team members.
• Engage in marketing activities to enhance personal and business visibility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS.
• Proven experience in self-sourcing loans and managing a pipeline.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in social media management.
• Familiarity with various loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA.
