As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in the larger South Bay area to include Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, CA. Other potentials may include East Bay Area or San Joaquin County. Ideal candidates will have a proven history of production in the market. This role is salary plus incentive. In this position, you will recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements. You will lead daily loan activities of a small, high-performing mortgage loan officer team and manage a portfolio of customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients, leading a team to develop and prepare loan solutions, and referring products and services. You will also review documentation to ensure compliance and manage your own and your team's pipeline for efficiency. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to complete mortgage transactions, and you will collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven history of production in the mortgage market.
  • Knowledge of banking products and mortgage solutions.
  • Experience in client prospecting and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to assess and manage risks associated with business objectives.
  • Strong communication and financial analysis skills.
