As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in the greater Grand Rapids, MI area. Ideal candidates will have a proven history of loan production. In this role, you will recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements. You will manage a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients, and will be responsible for sales calls. Additionally, you will develop and prepare loan solutions, refer products and services, and review documentation to ensure compliance. Managing the customer pipeline for efficiency is also a key responsibility. Collaboration is essential in this position, as you will work with both internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. You will collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. Responsibilities

  • Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven history of loan production.
  • Knowledge of banking products and mortgage solutions.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and prospect for new clients.
  • Strong communication and financial analysis skills.
  • Experience in loan origination and sales tasks.
