The Mortgage Loan Officer position at Valley Lending involves working closely with clients to provide personalized mortgage solutions for home purchasing and refinancing. The role emphasizes building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and facilitating the loan process from application to closing. Licensed professionals will leverage their expertise to assess client needs and guide them through the mortgage process, ensuring a smooth experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
• Assess clients' financial situations and advise on appropriate mortgage solutions.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Review and analyze financial information, credit reports, and other relevant data.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients and underwriters.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan process.

Requirements

• Valid Mortgage Loan Officer license in at least one of the following states: Michigan, Virginia, Florida, Texas, Ohio.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan processing, and underwriting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in mortgage software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
