In this role, you will be provided with leads on-demand, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional service to your clients rather than spending time on marketing and branding efforts. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, your primary responsibility will be to originate mortgage loans while managing incoming calls from customers. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service through timely follow-ups and professional correspondence. Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, such as real estate agents, will be crucial to your success. You will analyze clients' needs to ensure compliance and maximize customer satisfaction, guiding borrowers through the loan process from inquiry to closing. This includes securing necessary financial and credit information and ensuring all documentation is in order. You will also be responsible for completing all assigned Mortgage Loan Officer Training and Licensing activities, maintaining a thorough understanding of available loan programs, including FHA, VA, Conventional, ARM, and Jumbo loans. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and successfully structuring loans for fulfillment partners will be part of your daily tasks. This position is categorized as an office role, requiring you to work at a designated ZG corporate office for approximately 80 to 100 percent of your time each month. Employees must live within a reasonable commuting distance of their designated office, which is expected to be determined using personal judgment regarding time commitment and commuting costs.
