About the position

Zillow Home Loans is at the forefront of transforming the consumer mortgage experience, aiming to redefine how individuals buy, sell, and finance homes. As a rapidly growing origination team, we are looking for a ZHL Mortgage Loan Officer who will be instrumental in this transformation. This includes securing necessary financial and credit information and ensuring all documentation is in order. You will also be responsible for completing all assigned Mortgage Loan Officer Training and Licensing activities, maintaining a thorough understanding of applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and staying informed about various loan programs, including FHA, VA, Conventional, ARM, and Jumbo loans.
