Our Loan Officers have the freedom and flexibility of working from home if they want. Loan Officers must be comfortable with technology and be self-motivated. We are looking for Loan Officers who can generate a minimum of one to two closed loans per month and hopefully more! Once a loan has been successfully started, our Loan Processors will take over and ensure that the loan closes as quickly as possible. We encourage our Loan Officers to focus on prospecting and originating. In this role, you will receive unparalleled sales training provided by seasoned industry experts. You will help borrowers apply and qualify for a home loan, with unlimited earning potential! Responsibilities

  • Help borrowers apply and qualify for a home loan

Requirements

  • Active Florida NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license
  • Florida state mortgage license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and retain information quickly
  • Strong leadership skills
  • 1-2 years experience in the mortgage industry preferred
  • Customer service experience required

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Fair Housing regulations
