Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid State Mortgage Loan Officer License or successful completion of the NMLS SAFE Exam.
• Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Proficiency in underwriting, loan origination, TILA, and credit analysis.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle loan processing efficiently.
• Knowledge of financial services, accounting software, and basic math.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with financial sales and negotiation.
