Responsibilities

• Utilizing loan officer experience for underwriting and loan origination.
• Processing loan applications and providing exceptional customer service.

• Ensuring compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations.
• Negotiating loan terms and managing mortgage servicing.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate successful loan transactions.

Requirements

• Valid State Mortgage Loan Officer License or successful completion of the NMLS SAFE Exam.
• Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or equivalent.
• Proficiency in underwriting, loan origination, TILA, and credit analysis.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle loan processing efficiently.
• Knowledge of financial services, accounting software, and basic math.
• Familiarity with financial sales, negotiation, and mortgage servicing.
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
