About the position

We are seeking a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities. This role involves advising borrowers on their financial status, guiding them through the loan application process, and managing customer interactions to ensure a smooth lending experience. The position is commission-based and allows for remote work, making it flexible for candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
  • Guide customers through the loan application process
  • File loan applications and supporting documents
  • Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them

Requirements

  • MLO License (Required)
  • Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
  • Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
