About the position

We are seeking a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team, responsible for guiding borrowers through the loan application process and advising them on their financial options. This role offers flexibility as it can be performed remotely, and it is commission-based, allowing for significant earning potential based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• File loan applications and supporting documents
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them

Requirements

• MLO License is required
• Previous experience in finance, banking, or related fields
• Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
• Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
